Connecticut Veterans Day
How You Can Participate
The Connecticut Veterans Parade features nearly 110 units and over 3,200 marchers. If you would like to march in the largest Veterans parade in New England, please complete the following registration form, and submit by October 10, 2014. Marching as an Elected Official
Elected officials are invited to march in the parade. The Connecticut Veterans Parade is an apolitical and respectful salute to Connecticut veterans. Politicians who wish to march in the Parade must be elected/appointed State and municipal legislators who currently represent/serve Connecticut residents. This includes US and State Senators and Representatives, mayors and members of Town/City Council and Boards of Selectmen.
Politicians who plan to march should provide advance written notice, either by completing a Participant Application, emailing info@ctveteransparade.org, or by faxing a letter to (860) 986-7259.
