Shanna Moakler hasn't exactly let go of her feelings for disgraced beauty queen Carrie Prejean.
About a month after the former Miss USA contestant got married to Kyle Boller, Moakler spoke to In Touch Weekly and offered anything but congratulations. Focusing on Prejean's infamous stance against gay marriage, Shanna said:
